Standard wholesale orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours from our California distribution facility. Delivery across the continental U.S. typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers are sent automatically upon dispatch.
Yes, we ship wholesale orders to approved international retail partners. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on destination country and parcel weight. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving retailer.
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged merchandise in its original retail packaging within 30 days of receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will issue an immediate replacement or credit.
Our opening wholesale order minimum is $250. Subsequent re-order minimums are just $150, allowing specialty pet boutiques and independent retailers to restock best-selling sizes and colors without tying up excess capital.
Wholesale prices are protected and only visible to approved business accounts. Once your application is approved, simply log in using your registered wholesale credentials to view discounted tier pricing, bulk pack options, and live inventory levels.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and Apple Pay. For qualified accounts with verified credit history, Net 30 invoicing terms are available upon application.
We launch new seasonal apparel and fresh color collections twice annually: Spring/Summer in February and Fall/Winter in August. Registered wholesale partners receive digital lookbooks and priority pre-booking windows 30 days prior to public launch.

Gooby wholesale accounts are authorized exclusively for brick-and-mortar pet boutiques, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and approved proprietary e-commerce storefronts. Selling on third-party online marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart) is strictly prohibited under our Wholesale Partner Agreement.
Gooby products are engineered specifically for small dogs ranging from 3 lbs to approximately 35 lbs (typical sizes: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large). Our size charts provide precise chest circumference and neck measurements to ensure retail staff can confidently fit any pup.
