Wholesale Shipping Policy

All Gooby wholesale orders are fulfilled directly from our main logistics distribution center in California. Standard order processing takes between 24 to 48 business hours after an order is authorized and payment is cleared.

During peak seasonal spikes (such as our Fall/Winter apparel launch or pre-holiday retail stocking windows), processing times may occasionally extend up to 72 business hours. Registered retail accounts can view live order status and fulfillment history within the wholesale account portal.

For large wholesale orders shipped via pallet (LTL Freight), please notify our team during checkout or in your PO notes if your retail boutique or warehouse location requires:

• Liftgate Delivery: Required if your delivery facility does not feature a dedicated commercial loading dock.
• Delivery Appointment: Carriers will call 24 hours prior to dispatch to schedule a mandatory delivery window.
• Inside Delivery: Optional accessorial fee if pallets must be brought inside your physical doorway.

Because our warehouse team fulfills orders quickly, any modifications or address corrections must be submitted via email to wholesale@goobywholesale.com within 2 hours of order placement.

Once a shipment has been tendered to FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers, any re-consignment or address redirection requested by the retailer is subject to standard carrier intercept surcharges billed to the buyer account.

We strongly advise retail receiving teams to inspect outer cartons upon arrival before signing the carrier delivery receipt:

• Visible Carton Damage: Note any tears, crushed boxes, or open tape directly on the carrier’s electronic device or Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Concealed Damage / Shortages: Must be reported to Gooby Wholesale Support within 7 business days of delivery with clear photographs of cartons and damaged units.
• Instant Replacement: Once verified, Gooby expedites replacement inventory at zero additional cost to your boutique.

International wholesale orders are invoiced on an EXW / FOB California basis. All customs brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, and local VAT/GST assessed by destination authorities remain the legal responsibility of the importing retail account. Commercial invoices and harmonized tariff codes are furnished on all shipments.
