Return/Exchange Policy:
GOOBY will accept manufacturer defect, new and unused condition may be return within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit. Returns must be in the original packaging. There should be no writing or stickers on the products. GOOBY reserves the right to refuse any replacement upon the review of the circumstance. For non-manufacturer defect items, 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. Out of season items are not eligible for the exchange (NO EXCEPTIONS). FOR ALL RETURNS: Packages received without RMA # and "Merchandise Return Form" will be refused.

One Year Limited GOOBY Manufacturer Warranty**:
The Limited Warranty is valid only to customers that purchased the product through Goobypet.com. Limited warranty is valid for a one year period dependent upon the product purchased. Customer MUST enclosed Copy of original receipts or other documents. Warranty is valid provided that the merchandises have received adequate maintenance, have suffered no cuts, no chews, abrasions or other damage and have not been subjected to abuse, mistreatment or excessive wear. If damage develops within the applicable One Year Limited Warranty period, and is deemed to be a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, GOOBY will replace the merchandises with the same style or equivalent GOOBY merchandise. This warranty does not apply to merchandise used outside of the United States (only 48 Continental States).
