Return Policy

Returns


If a product is defective, you may return it within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product and we will send you a new item or credit your account for future purchases. No returns of defective products will be accepted after thirty (30) days of receipt.

If the product is not defective but you want to return the item, we will charge 15% restocking fee.

When returning products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the Site in which you purchased such product.
All refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Gooby, and subject to any applicable Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy.
d. Purchase Price. The purchase prices for all products shall be as set forth on the applicable Site at the time of your order.
Payments.
a. Payment. You agree that Gooby may charge your payment method for any services, subscriptions or products you purchase and for any additional amounts (including any taxes, including local sales tax or VAT, and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your account associated with your Login Credentials. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING GOOBY WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES THROUGH ONE OF THE METHODS THAT WE LIST ON THE SHIPPING, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR THE SITE APPLICABLE TO SUCH SERVICE, SUBSCRIPTION OR PRODUCT FROM TIME TO TIME. Gooby currently accepts the following forms of payment: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Prices for the products and services offered via the Site may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
b. Billing and Payment Policy. All information that you provide to register with our Site or Services including your credit card information or payment account information is subject to Gooby’s Privacy Policy. We may use a third party payment service to bill you through an online account (your “Billing Account”) for your purchase of products in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your payment account information, you grant Gooby the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that Gooby will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of third party payment service in addition to these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
c. Refunds. Other than an expressly set forth under “Return Policy” above or on our Site as updated from time to time, Gooby has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them in certain circumstances, as a result of specific refund guarantee promotions, or to correct any errors made by Gooby, in each case in Gooby sole discretion.
